Star Wars At D23 Expo: No Han Solo Teases And The Last Jedi Behind The Scenes Clip

The cast nor the director offered much about the plot, but John Boyega did tease an epic fight between Finn and Gwendoline Christie’s Captain Phasma. However, during the exclusive behind the scenes, some of the stars tease that Rian Johnson has done something different with THE LAST JEDI that will have fans cheering. Of course, there were clips with Carrie Fisher which are bitter sweet to watch.
STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI is in theaters December 15, 2017
As for the HAN SOLO standalone film, Disney executive Alan Horn mentioned that Kathleen Kennedy or new director Ron Howard were able to make it to D23 as they are working on the film in London. Many speculated Disney and Lucasfilm might offer some kind of assurance the film is moving along smoothly with a teaser clip, but no luck. There’s alway the San Diego Comic Con coming up next week, so perhaps they didn’t have anything ready yet and they are waiting to unveil it then. We’ll be at Comic Con so stay tuned for news on that.
The untitled HAN SOLO Stars Wars film will be released May 25.
