THE KISSING BOOTH star Joey King has grown up in front of our eyes. The actress is hitting a milestone on July 30th as she reaches that coveted age of 21. We met King ten years ago to this month, and followed her career since. We flashback to her young days in Hollywood when we first sat down with her and throughout her career.
Joey Lynn King was born in Los Angeles in 1999. In 2007, she started acting at the age of seven starring as Adam Sandler’s daughter in REIGN OVER ME. The young actress appeared in several shows like “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” “Ghost Whisperer” and she lent her sweet voice to animated characters in HORTON HEARS A WHO in 2008 and ICE AGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS in 2009.
Joey broke through in 2010 as the lead in the comedy movie, RAMONA AND BEEZUS alongside Selena Gomez. It was clear then that her spunky attitude at such a young age was going to take her far in Hollywood.
