Lalo Alcaraz, the cartoonist behind "La Cucaracha," the nationally syndicated daily comic strip, brings his political satire to FOX's new show "Bordertown" as a supervising producer and writer. CineMovie caught up with the Mexican-American artist to discuss the new show, why BORDERTOWN is groundbreaking and why the political and social commentary may offend some.
FOX's new animated comedy, "Bordertown" premieres Sunday, January 3 following "The Family Guy." Hank Azaria ("The Simpsons"), Nicolas Gonzales ("Sleepy Hollow", "Jane the Virgin"), Missi Pyle (Gone Girl) and Judah Friedlander ("30 Rock") voice the characters on "Bordertown."
