Mark Wahlberg once again takes on the tough guy role in BROKEN CITY as an ex-cop Billy Taggart, now a private detective, hired by the city's mayor (Crowe) to spy on his wife. Catherine Zeta-Jones also stars in the film as the Mayor's wife, another victim of the Mayor's deceitful plans. When Taggart finds out he has been double-crossed and framed by the politician, he seeks revenge against the mayor.
With Allen Hughes (Dead Presidents, Menace II Society) directing the action flick, the on-screen confrontation between Crowe and Wahlberg should be a good one when it opens January 18, 2013.
