Renowned animator Yoshiyuki Momose (SPIRITED AWAY, PRINCESS MONONOKE) directs THE IMAGINARY in a hand-drawn animation style heightened by first-of-their-kind techniques of light and shadow. THE IMAGINARY takes us into the world of imaginary friends with an imaginary boy named Rudger who loses his human friend and arrives at The Town of Imaginaries where Imaginaries live until they find a new child pal. He must find his friend while dodging a mysterious man who eats Imaginaries.
Add a commentThe Boys season 4 is full of shocking moments that make past seasons feel tamed. However, the latest season is stuck on repeat, following past plotlines. The first few episodes are slower-paced and highly political but the second half picks up momentum and leaves you salivating for the finale, which changes everything for The Boys and Sups.

Sneak Peek: Chris Sanders and Lupita Nyong’o preview 20 minutes of footage from THE WILD ROBOT at Dreamwork’s Studios in Glendale, CA.
When THE WILD ROBOT director Chris Sanders (THE CROODS, LILO & STITCH, HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON) approached Lupita Nyong’o for the role of the AI robot, Roz, she hesitated in taking on a robot character. Once Sanders assured the actor it would be a collaborative process, Nyong’o dug deep into crafting the voice and looked to existing AI voices like Siri and Alexa for inspiration.

The Acolyte is a breath of fresh air with a storyline different from any other Star Wars property. The new Disney+ show doesn’t rely on past events in the saga, instead forging its own path with exciting new characters and world. The Acolyte is high-quality art with great production design and costumes that are out of this world.
Add a commentViggo Mortensen takes the romance out of the Wild West in his sophomoric directorial effort, THE DEAD DON’T HURT. Westerns typically feature men as heroes or outlaws, and women are relegated to prostitutes or wives. Mortensen presents a different point of view from an independent woman's perspective (Vicky Krieps) and also the immigrant experience.
Add a commentThe visionary man behind The Muppets and Sesame Street took up puppetry as a way to break into television in his early 20s. That’s just one of the fun facts about Jim Henson’s extraordinary career in Ron Howard’s Disney+ documentary, JIM HENSON IDEA MAN but his legacy came at the expense of his personal life and health.

FURIOSA: A MAD MAX SAGA is much more tame than FURY ROAD, but typical of George Miller’s wasteland adventure with Chris Hemsworth stealing every scene.
